Well, not that I really know all that much about this company nor much of ANY of Bill's others but I did do a tad of research about reverse merger and it doesn't seem too hard to comprehend.

Also, in regards to a "development stage company" that doesn't seem hard to comprehend either

First, I am of the understanding that Guard Dog, Inc. itself was some sort of security company which was taken over or sold to Bill. So now Bill is waiting to do something with Guard Dog (especially a new ticker symbol and new business direction). That that was supposedly going to happen "soon" (lol.. that was in Dec. of 2014). And as was quoted in my previous post:

Rockledge,Fla., April 30, 2012, Guard Dog Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRDO) has negotiated anagreement to transfer control of the company to a private company. The newcompany will have a new business model.

What would YOU suggest that means? Doesn't "transfer control of the company to a private company" mean "reverse merger"? If not, isn't it still POSSIBLE it can happen? (Just asking). Months ago I had the feeling that GRDO's 30% purchase of Parker Technologies meant that Bill was entering in the oil sector but with oil in the tank can't Bill do something else including entering into an agreement for a reverse merger?

Okay, I might be almost totally clueless and you obviously have far more experience than I do so just let me say I'm only asking if it's POSSIBLE for a reverse merger to happen. Not saying it WILL happen just wondering if it CAN.
