Well this certainly turned into a circus...lawsuits, subpeanas, etc etc... All of this for 4 million dollars, is it even worth it...firing off all these legal documents cannot be cheap no matter who their lawyers are at this point...And do they really wanna play ball with the likes of Etrade who has a ton of money to throw at lawyers to stall this out or make it go away... I thought the original lawsuit was suspent, but this is now turning into a charade...

Just FYI, the plural form is 'subpoenas'. I know your strong background in Latin and Italian may suggest the '-ae' ending to indicate plural form, butt at least in US English usage, 'tis nott the case.

Who knows? Federal judges sitting in Omaha prolly don't see a lott of securities cases, and this one is particularly a case of first impression (at least to me).
