The company fails to acknowledge that the partial clinical hold might be a factor. It also fails to update us on when the partial clinical hold will be lifted. Nope, I am not expecting that they will unblind the data, and risk anything. Rather, I expect an update on when, as in how soon. In September it was suggested it would be shortly, but now we don't even have an updated timeline.

I think you are dead wrong here. Would I have liked more information and detail surrounding many things, yes but this statement says that they aren't aware of anything contributing to the decline. IMO That means that the screening hold is not for safety or anything else negative otherwise that would certainly be something the company is aware of that could be contributing to the decline. This was/is a much needed statement from the company whether it has a positive affect on the SP or not. In clinical trials, the number one fear when price starts declining drastically is that something is wrong with the trial and Management knows, like when IMUC exec start unloading stock.

I thought the same thing. Also interesting that previously Les and Linda couldn't breath without blaming every drop in share price on the shorts, but after a 20% drop in one day, there's no mention of them in this PR. Makes me think they know exactly who is selling this week and are being careful to avoid the liability of blaming the shorts like they normally do..
