I read the press release, and the email from Les and was left with less than a good feeling. I tried to read between the lines, and find what was said, and not said.

Global markets are experiencing serious concerns, many biotech companies’ stocks have fallen dramatically, and NW Bio believes that its stock is being heavily impacted by these serious adverse market conditions. NW Bio is not aware of any fundamental Company-related reason for the substantial decline in the price of the Company’s stock at this time.

Note that the company doesn't really address anything. The IBB is down maybe 5-8 percent this year, while NWBO is down 30%. What does 'at this time' mean?

The company fails to acknowledge that the partial clinical hold might be a factor. It also fails to update us on when the partial clinical hold will be lifted. Nope, I am not expecting that they will unblind the data, and risk anything. Rather, I expect an update on when, as in how soon. In September it was suggested it would be shortly, but now we don't even have an updated timeline.

The Company raised significant capital in Q4 2015, and is looking forward to being able to initiate its Phase 2 clinical trials with DCVax-Direct.

Again, no indication that it will be anytime soon, or timelime for the trial starting. Note they didn't link the fundraising to the Direct Phase II, but putting both in one sentence leaves us thinking they are related.

The market conditions are concerning and have greatly impacted many biotech companies, including with dramatic declines in their stock prices. It is unfortunate for the markets to begin the New Year with a week like this, but our Company fundamentals remain the same as before

This is really a non-statement. Before, this statement would have read that the fundamentals are strong, now they are just the same as before.

The most recent clinical data we reported in mid-September in both our DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct programs was encouraging, and we remain determined and optimistic despite these headwinds

Again, a sentence without any substance. What headwinds is he talking about? None was mentioned in the sentence, or previously. This is what you call a non-sequitur statement, designed only to let you think something was said, when it wasn't.

Sadly, I think the market will see through this and the stock will be headed down. I'll look to add more options when it is down.
