Friend, let me try to educate you a bit because there seems to be some cognitive difficulties when it comes to understanding simple concepts:

Firstly, there are material events here, despite your thinking to the contrary. A new CEO, for example, which occurred last month. Secondly, there is news here, despite your thinking to the contrary - for example, the letter to shareholders last month.

I didn't say "anyone can get lucky at any time." You said that, and then disproved it. That's called a straw man argument :-)

I pointed out three concrete examples in 3 months where you could have made lots of money. All could have been forcasted by using charts (bottoms, supports, and PAR SARs). Don't believe me? 514 predicted a bounce near .005 when the stock was still above one cent, based on PAR SAR anaylsis. It is NOT just "anyone getting lucky at any time."

Maybe if you actually comprehended what I wrote and didn't try to rephrase it in a way that's obviously incorrect, you would understand ;-)
