They got no case, it a game they play , there going to serve papers for what Avxl was never accused of anything , what your saying is anybody could sue anybody for no reason whatsoever , lawyers won't waste the time. We brought the subpoena on ourselves by asking the sect to investigate the short atack on our stock and that's what they're doing with the subpoena is investigating . No one is guilty of anything yet .
