With IDCC's legal history, I'm afraid that they have been played by most...very disappointed in their legal strategy and execution!

sonic, to that I would add that IF nothing is announced in the way of a settlement and license, then I wonder what is wrong with the Board, Legal counsel, and Senior Management.

Nokia has been out there for 10 years and we still are in limbo (or more like we're in hell).

LG has been without contract for 5 years and still nothing.

Huawei, although in the final states of Arbitration, is still unlicensed and the game isn't over until the money is in the bank.

ZTE, even after a jury victory, is still unlicensed with no money in the bank.

Microsoft is still without a license.

Let's not forget about Apple, Foxcomm, and all the other 'willing yet unlicensed players' out there.

Like I say about the Chicago Cubs --wait until next year! Well, maybe next year is NOW. Surprise all of us with a positive resolution of any of the above.

Seems like we win the little skirmishes but not the major battles or the war!
