LG arbitration -- I am going to speculate that by Q4 CC we will have some type of settlement with LG. LG hasn't been licensed since 12/31/10 and we know they have been in negotiations since that time. I will be very disappointed in WM and the world class licensing team if they haven't had some type of deal structure in place waiting on the arbitration decision.

If IDCC inities an infringement lawsuit against LG soon then I guess we will know that IDCC once again has been played by LG. Obviously the ITC venue is out so I would imagine they would have to file in DE but even then with all the chaos in patent law that easily is a 3-5 year case and I don't even know what patents IDCC would pick since some of them are expiring soon and others invalidated. To have LG go over 5 years wihtout a license and then spend another 5 years in court with them would be a joke.

I am giving IDCC and WM the benefit of the doubt here and hope they will announce some type of settlement over the next 30-60 days with LG.
