How do charts help one decide whether to buy or sell, if the company in question has few sales as Wave does?

Charts are fabulous... for those selling outrageously costly chart reading courses. Note that Clay Trader doesn't even give out his real name.

But no sensible investor buys a failed stock like WAVX on fundamentals. Therefore much of the pumping has to be done by emphasizing the chart... which is easily manipulated.
