My gut tells me to hold off purchasing these MLPs for probably a month---unless there's a severe crash in which case I'd be looking for CVRR @ under $18 and ALDW in the $19's---for starters. These would be nothing more than triggers---for me.
I may miss reading approximate bottoms but with so much invested in MDR and NGL, I'm OK with that. Foremost in my mind is that no stock---MLP or not---can guarantee regular payouts. So I do not count on anything other than my ability to pick stocks with greater likelihood of prospering from my buy point going foreward as opposed to something less.
Not very sophisticated but it's all I've got to offer.
