You forget the frustration of the last 7 years and you forget it took 18 months just to get the the new order finalized. That is all frustrating. Relax FDA is coming and the time frame is---- wait for it-----soon.

That is exactly what I am thinking.Could even be licensed at both levels with "competing" products, actipatch and recoveryrx.
I see nothing but advantages. This first step would be more like a psychological approach, I would not invest too much in it, just enough to set everything in motion in order to reach OTC.

Agreed.

That last little bit about turning their attention towards broadening their scope in Europe did sound a bit distressing, considering he pre-empted by saying that he shouldn't say this but, ".....".

I mean, seriously, just keep your mouth shut when referring to the FDA, and let your lawyers do all the talking. Lawyers are paid for a reason, so that you don't have to talk.

I just pray that the FDA will see sense and give OTC approval in the very near future, as that is the one peg that will lift our minnow in the yacht category.

But, the extra step or 2 of users having to get an Rx first from a physician, then have to get it filled, represents major inconveniences and tens of millions of unnecessary expense to insurers - good for both physicians and the pharmacists financially, but a huge inconvenience to patients and hard on insurers and users - on an approved device that has never produced one negative side-effect, ever.

thanks pix and simpdonly for the Rx explanation I wasn't thinking about the cost, just thinking of another option just in case FDA doesn't come through. I just need to stay positive.
