You mean prescription first? That is what i am also thinking. Just to be on the safe side...

Needs a completely different strategy from BIEL then, which probably has to include a potent partner to be able to reach the 100000s of physicians out there.

I just had the feeling Staelin knew more in this respect as he could say...
So he just said to focus on EU countries, which will be pretty difficult, as eg in Germany or Austria
there are not this typical pharmacy chains like in UK or CAN.
