Has to be dilution. Short of sales to overseas investor there is no legal means to increase the a/s and o/s, and have those shares trading this rapidly (2 years for affiliate of company, 1 year for none affiliate, no regulation timeframe required for overseas investor). Of which either of those three have to be disclosed. BTW, this is fact!!! It is also law.
