The OS is what was explained in Oct 30 PR, specifically mature debt with conversion to equity terms. The terms including timing varies, and is not dilutive in an analysis of the financial statements. Derivative liabilities and interest expense have been significantly decreased and that is a very positive offset to balance sheet.
