It's already been confirmed that N706BL flew to the facility that is equipped to lift the plane and swamp the NLG. The NLG change cannot be done at YIP because YIP is just an operation center for Kattlia. OSC is the maintenance center for Kattlia.
That's the "adjustment" that is being taken care of for proving flights. The order of the new NLG came in, and FAA has given Baltia heads up that once the word of the Mini-Test results comes through, they will have very little time to prepare for proving flights.
