Robo; I must question where you got the information that the FAA has given the word that the Mini will be in Baltia's favor. If that was the case we would have the ok now and be flying.
I am glad to see that the plane flew to Oscada as it is easier to maintain a machine that is working then one that has been in long term lay up.

It has been posted many times over the past year that the heavy check has been completed and the plane is ready to roll into revenue flights on being certified.
I would have thought that your sources would have mentioned the necessary maintence that required the plane to be in Oscada'.
It would be great if the guesses were varified by Baltia but that does not look like it will happen.
As far as the nose gear is concerned, your statement that the FAA said they (baltia) would have very little time once the pass is given, makes me question the tackleing of the nose gear at this time as the job has been stated to take from 2-6 weeks to complete.????
