Literally, a few weeks ago, the board was suggesting swapping out the NLG (nose landing gear?). If that is true, they don't need to fly to Oscada (sp?) to do that..if it was already being done.

If the above is correct, then Baltia flew to Oscada(sp?) to do regular maintenance and adjustments for proving flights.
