Hiring one IR and then another to inform the world of this great story is not illegal.

posters are allowed to post on internet BB's about pyct's great future...
they may have paper for sale....lol

I told you this in 2008...nobody tells one to buy unless they got paper for sale.

It up too the people too do some DD before they buy... the warnings are out there.
