So the folks at Paychest will be allowed to continue and board posters will be allowed to continue. Sounds like a never ending story to me.

The SEC can't shut Paychest down because those Paychest folks are nothing illegal. Looks like your job here trying to keep newbies away will continue for another decade at least......lol
