I completely agree. I think it was for negotiating from a position of strength.

This next thing I'm gonna say is extreme speculation but I wonder if terms could t be agreed upon with BP and or tutes and in retaliation to the LP deal they drove the price of the stock down which places a strain on the LP deal because of the drop in share price. Just a thought and as I said COMPLETE speculation of a possible reason for the drop from $14
