This has been stated by Missling several times. The 50 mill with LPC will not cover PIII expenses


Yes, and we don't even know if they will ever use the funds from LP - I think it's more of a "safety net" - just incase they need some additional funds until they complete the partnership and begin P3. Dr. Missling knew what he was going when he planned this.
