I disagree.

It's highly unlikely that FST would have been applied for before last Saturday's data results announcement, so at best, if FST was applied for shortly thereafter, no one could reasonably expect it to be granted for another 60 days, in which case any one of several other developments could easily overshadow any rejection or further delay of FTS.

Besides, I doubt the FDA would flat-out reject it. Worst case, they'd wait for more data.

Imvho, knowing FTS has been applied for indicates the company is not missing a beat, and at this particular point in time, anything is better than nothing.
