it'd probably do AVXL investors well if the company at least announced an application for fast-track status.



I wouldn't expect the CEO to announce "when" they've applied for fast-tract status because "if" it was rejected or delayed due to a request for more information, it would only hurt the share price. I think it would be prudent to wait until approval, which I think can happen very soon, at ANY time. And if/when it does, these price bottoms will be a thing of the past, and the shorts will learn the meaning of "margin call".
