NW is not an insider true but he owns almost 30% of the company. So you will be a fool to think those two(LP and NW) don't communicate often with each other. LP doesn't have to give NW any inside information but she has definitely reassured NW nothing bad is going on with the trail, given him the handshake that tell NW he will be handsomely rewarded. That is all LP need to do, she is a smart women and knows it is better to have NW as a friend and partner than an enemy, she wont deceive him. The man knows more than we all do, has the resources to do the proper DD, he is well connected in Europe so if anything at all he knows very well what exactly is going on at his backyard. He has an excellent track record, well respected, good investor and even a better human being not like some of the hedge fund managers we have in this country who have no ethical boundaries. He has reassured his investors that NWBO phase 3 trail is on track according to conversations he has had with NWBO and has backed up his words by investing another 30 million at a 20% premium. I don't even understand why the debate

We have had some FUDsters trolling around here predicting phase 3 trail failure. Their main reason is other companies trails with DC performed poorly but ignored the mountain of evidence that suggest that DC vaccine is effective. Most importantly the ignored the fact that the maturation process in DC vaccination is the key. NWBO are constantly talking about maturation process (The young uptake but don't broadcast and adult broadcast but don't uptake, it is only the teenagers that can do both and they know how)NWBO has also stated that knowing when to pulse the monocyte with tumor antigens is critical, nobody knows whether it is 26 hours 3 seconds or 56 hours 3minute etc. etc in the maturation process. In other word the can give you the recipe but your end result will be different because you dont know the exact time to add what. Friends NWBO are up to something we just have to wait and see. This is an opportunity of a lifetime, just be patient FELLOWS. Stay thirsty my friends. Long NWBO 30,000 SHARES AND ADDING.

Moreover, I would think NW knows the long term strategy regarding Cognate and the manufacturing of the vaccine, should the trials show statistical significance.
