NW got more than a handshake and a wink. He said publicly that they met with the company (in his September Patient Capital update). I also believe he signed a non-disclosure and is in possession of material information and thus has not traded on the open mark since the end of August. That is why the price has had no support. But, in the long run, that doesn't matter to him, because he knows what is coming and will be handsomely rewarded in the end. JMHO
