I agree. Given Dr. Missling's background, I think he's well aware of the risk, and as one of the largest shareholders, has adequate protection in place to prevent this from happening - it's pretty much a standard procedure for publicly traded companies.
This should be a priority as far as ensuring we have maximum available protection under why ever is in place now
