This should be a priority as far as ensuring we have maximum available protection under why ever is in place now. I think the game has changed ( more risk to shareholders) with the great P2A results coupled with the crazy low stock price, such that management (and BOD) has a duty to upgrade , whatever is in place, to ensure maximum protection...
