Well yeah it does because this isnt an investor risking their cash like common shareholders, they are buying the debt up and leaving no assets for the crap common shareholders, the usual tactic before an RS and then going private.

It's just more dilution, and that is the only thing that has me concerned. I started buying SLNN stock when it was selling for around $0.25 per share, and one of the reasons for making my decision, was the fact that there was an excellent share structure.
