Well yeah it does because this isnt an investor risking their cash like common shareholders, they are buying the debt up and leaving no assets for the crap common shareholders, the usual tactic before an RS and then going private.

Just another BK under Steves belt, funny how history repeats itself, only on the OTC Markets can that 8K be read as being good.... Ba ha ha ha ha ha ha
