#392 RE: WallStreetRocker #391

And good luck to you too!

No, on second thought---let me say, instead: Good fortune to you! I've long been convinced that investing in these MLPs is not about luck, not at all. They are a calculated risk-oriented vehicle, to be sure. But I've been an ardent follower since they came upon the scene and I have yet to lose on them. More importantly, by spreading myself out among our three of them, I do well enough to be happy, well fed and excited.

I hold 500 of CVRR. I was overly focused on ALDW and over-weighted in NTI. Thus, I don't have the position I'd like but it will do.

With a bit over 3,6000 units, I've probably erred somewhat, given that pundits are expecting a distribution of 50-75 cents. Whatever it is, I'll be happy, especially when I average the results over the past couple of years.

ALDW is in the middle with 1100 units in my portfolio. I'm good with that, especially inasmuch as I expect units to rise substantially in short order. Don't ask me why I expect so much, it's a gut thing more than anything else I can point at.

I appreciate your mentioning the size of your position. Those numbers tell me you're serious about investing, not merely paying token respect to a company for the sake of being one of the boys and girls who just happen to be curious about the refining group.

Please speak up more often, won't you? There's much to be shared on numerous levels and we all benefit through personal growth. If you haven't been following the NTI board, for example, do so as it is very revealing. Unit holders are out in the open far more than is typical of boards, plus---catdaddy and Pete are extremely knowledgeable, bringing much value to the board.

Good fortune to all of us!
