luis muñoz seems like he could be a key figure in this deal, too, i agree. notice where it mentions his involvement with both mining and oil companies:

as many of us have thought, this is the perfect storm for ecuadoran miners who want to avoid high taxes in their home countries... but maybe we'll see the base broaden to include energy.

i thought michel rowland could still be playing a role in finding OROT, and other companies like them, as the story unfolds.
