I've been around this stock for almost 5 years and that Jaime Gomez nonsense comes up but nobody has yet to present some real factual information that Jaime Gomez has any link to SIRG, its always "I heard" or "I think" information, the only real link is that Gomez and Rod Martin, former CEO of SIRG, both lived in Florida. It would be nice for some real link to be shown if it does exist. Luis Munoz I believe is the key Ecuadorian that would have helped to make this deal happen.

From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Munoz was a Vice-Chairman of MN&A – Abogados located in Quito Ecuador. Before that, Mr. Munoz had approximately seven years of additional experience as a business and legal consultant and general manager. In 2009, he received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from INCAE Business School located in Alajuela, Costa Rica. In 2004, he received a Doctor of Law Degree from Universidad International del Ecuador located in Quito, Ecuador.
In June of 2011, Luis Munoz, was appointed to the position of Top Legal Advisor for the National Department of Development and State of Ecuador. In this capacity, Dr. Munoz will provide legal counsel to all Ecuadoran government companies, including oil and mining companies
