Speaking of illogic, you have claimed Jorge engaged in some type of ruse when he reached out to shareholders.
Can you explain how he got their emails? Or perhaps why he would write the email from a company email?

Jorge was speaking to Mr,.Gomez only.
I must assume you are a young businessman. As someone who has been in the business world since the 70's, and having brokered over 7000 contracts, I can assure you that misfires occur frequently.
Jorge assumed he was speaking to "stakeholders" , and if SIRG was going through the legal preparation we all agree was happening over the past several months, is it not reasonable to see that perhaps Jorge was only in touch with J.Gomez and not with other members of the upper org. chart?
