yes, but why no response from the market, or at least the buyers ? Is there a halt or freeze or is there an investigation ? Mighty strange that they make what appears to be a bombshell of an announcement and nothing happens !!!
BTW, as I recall, they did announce they had applied for an NDA in Nov. 2014...but this was quickly followed by a PR stating essentially that the FDA wanted more evidence of this and that and most importantly the fact they can actually manufacture this stuff...that is where the WUXI guys came in...and of course later that Thai connection for research and testing...
All in all, this looks like a positive development, but who knows anything any more...the dilution has been horrific, but any real progress would do wonders for this dead stock...
