This would have been great news before the 3 Billion that Chang dumped.....he destroyed his own company for a few hundred thousand bucks worth of dilution.....greed ruined his opportunity to really cash in here.

Now that the biotech sector has been slashed over the past few weeks, this tactic won't work. No serious investor or institutional group will even bother looking at this deflated pig now.

No, it wasn't. No such PR was ever issued.

The lie about the IND being filed was repeated at regular intervals until earlier this year, and then they just stopped talking about it.
