My best guess is that the Does named in the suit will be those "affiliates", if COR is able to figure out who they are.

As to the rest, we just don't know what'll happen.

I believe this will have to await Signature Stock Transfer's Answer and the adjudication of the liability of Signature before any damages phase can occur in this proceeding - including against CRGP.

And I'd expect Signature's Answer to include claims against third parties it will seek to join to the case as defendants, especially as they prolly know CRGP is a dry hole for payment of any damages to COR.

The next inneresting thang will be Signature's Answer.
