Now comes the fun part for the CRGP saga

How does a COR get Declaratory Relief. Will they file with the court asking the divy be declared illegal? There's the $1.3M left behind in retail divy. Possibly go after affiliates who helped CRGP grab the money from COR? Affiliates which haven't fled to Mexico.

Or as suggested on the CRGP forum is COR insured? In which case one has an insurer sure to go after recovery of funds.

Either way, the new evil in microcrap-ville or Etrade is unlikely to unfreeze retail divy funds in the next N months/yrs.
