I agree but if COR held onto the shares Calissio would have had paid them.
COR, Beaufort, Nobilis should have known about the 25% rule Calissio has nothing to do with when they sold their shares.

But wouldnt the 4 million be given to COR, Beaufort, Nobilis from Calissio only to be returned to Calissio or is it since Calissio did not have an account with DTCC in essence the DTCC just borrowed money from COR, Beaufort, Nobilis expecting Calissio to pay them back?

Either way I do not see Calissio being at fault here. It is either DTCC or COR, Beaufort, Nobilis. Calissio did not write the 25% rule.
