Wooops!! That's not accurate, not even close. Serafini's statements in the "Motion to leave" clearly state that he had advanced significant funds already, and invested significant amounts of time (for which he had not been paid) ... and chose not to throw anymore "good money after bad," by bearing the cost of mediation.
BTW, why is Serafini now being replaced when just yesterday the company line was that no attorney was needed as the case would be thrown out of court? lololol
