I thought no lawyer would get involved with IFUS.

I guess that story was debunked.

MR. S is gone. We go forward.

The big question is will the boot brothers show up for
their depositions.

I guess it really is no question.
We all know that answer.

A RESOUNDING NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Whoops,IFUS is looking forward to the next 3 months in court.

One man, without staff, in a cubicle might consider significant time a few hours,or significant funds a few thousand dollars.Possibly, he did not even have the resources to pay for the cost and time needed to represent Supreme Energy in mediation .
IMO,it would be throwing good money after bad if MARC spent one more dime on the former legal representation.

BTW,why is it that the former board members at Energy Supreme guaranteed the the mediation case was kaput and no one would ever represent IFUS when that is completely false?

Why is it they keep saying bags of bagasse are not being sold when Bales and bags are being sold?

This is not the first RICO case one former board members has experienced.Testimony might surface in future deposition or the court cases that will shed light on the character of the wolf in sheeps clothing that attempted to steal the corporate assets and technology of IFUS from the company and it's shareholders.

The new website of IFUS looks awesome...New distributors have been contacting the company to receive details on territories and exclusive agreements.

IFUS is about to legally expose the wolf in sheeps clothing. Not today, today they are selling more bagasse to customers.

Wrong again. S made it clear he didn't want to pay the fees.
