Excuse me for being old and stupid but where was it said please that the Actsoft merger was off. In the PR it satates who the new CEO is but does not explain why Frank is no longer there.

Jimmy Quick. I just replied to your reply but then went back to re-read your post. It makes a lot of sense as to why HISC and Actsoft did not tie the Knot. I bought another 50,000 shares at mid-morning or so for 0.024 and am a million share holder AGAIN. Thanks for your info.
