Good Morning Chucker. Tom Mitchell actually presented the news himself that the HISS/ActSoft merger was "postponed" for now. He didn't actually say the deal was dead. Personally I think he overestimated his value to HISS and with the CT starting to take off the BOD realized this and decided not to go forward with the acquisition/merger. I think old Tom wanted to retire off of HISC instead of ActSoft and the BOD wasn't willing to give him what he wanted.

OK, you are excused, because nowhere did I post that the merger was off. I just stated that they haven't done the merger.
