Some of you guys aren't thinking at all about why they didn't do the merger.
A merger can mean many things. It could have just been something similar to a joint venture. Let's say Actsoft wanted 30-35% interest in the company after merger. This means they would be getting 30-35% of net income. This is income that would then not be passed on to shareholders. Did you guys ever think that maybe Actsoft was being too greedy in their deal and HISC was just looking out for the better interest of their shareholders.
