AZ, you are right about lawyers always winning but hedge funds, not so much. hmmmm, jpm vs some low level hedge funds, think AZ, who would you bet on. If you say the hedge funds, you are a bit naive. Your dd is very good, your speculation, is way off. JPM will fight to the death for any assets in their possession, I have seen it several times. For as little as 250million they fought tooth and nail for one year and they had the biggest losing hand I have ever seen, ie, client segregated funds and they still would not give them back. With wamu holding company assets, they are all gone by now. Sorry, but it's the jpm way. They don't play nice and since NO LAWSUITS FIGHTING FOR THE ASSETS, MY GUESS IS JPM HAS SLICED, DICED, LAUNDERED, WASHED, SOLD, GAVE AWAY, COMMINGLED THEM TO HIDE THEM, ETC.. THEY ARE GONE!
