They're moving to NV. Seen some other companies pull this sneaky shit before. Should be reported to the SEC for this crap. FINRA too.....they're skirting around the D law.

1) A majority of votes present or represented by proxy voted FOR Proposal 1: Reincorporate the Company from Florida to Nevada that will result in:

The Company being governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, and

Shareholders’ right to receive one whole share of common stock of the Nevada company for each 50 shares of common stock of the company owned as of the record date of the reincorporation.

If the OS is what they say. There will only be 1M shares out there. Now since it's not an official RS.....no telling what the share price will do....probably go up hard....but 50X up?...not hardly....

Maybe it WILL have an official RS on the Daily list.....I guess they would have to for all the brokerages to update custs holdings.
