There where 2 things that my attention in the original p/r concerning moving to Nevada and the reverse split. It was recommended by the board of directors and there is only 1 and he fulfills 5 other positions in the company and tucked at the bottom of the PR was acceptance of the BOD(1)new reward package which was to be included in the vote. I still have not been able to find a record of what this consists of. Then came the Seeking Alpha expose which confirmed all my misgivings.I sold my position to try and minimize my losses to this share selling scam. only here now as an observer. GLTA
there are more shares than you think only the common shares have been R/S the rest are unaffected but will be available to dump at new price when set.will re read seeking alpha article to refresh how this scam works. just my opinion
