fwiw, many of my Etrade orders route through CSTI,
so CSTI on bid/ask may simple be retail folks, ie: us.
i do feel VGTL has a bright future ahead,
and that we will ratchet upwards over time.
given that timeline, imo, no need to stress about sellers/shorts at this stage.
they are actually working in our favor
but allowing up to accumulate shares at lower prices. ;-)
from that perspective, bring 'em on, imo.
the proof in this pudding
will show itself over the long haul.
