The problem with that is no such debt instrument is disclosed in the OTC Disclosures, so that is without merit. COR is a clearing Firm not a Broker Dealer, if there was an issue as you described it would not be a clearing firm issue only, it is strictly a clearing firm issue.

I certainly do believe COR got caught however, they allowed the sale of unregistered and improperly exempted shares into the market and will likely have to take some blame in the matter.

$ CRGP. There has been nothing about the Mine but all about the Shares that COR got Debited for and Adam Carter contacted COR through E-Mail, but COR seemed to have done jumped the gun with the law suit. Its begining to look like Etrade may have sold shares it didnt have to sell and why they putting things on hold JMO. $ CRGP
