I'm. have read it and understand it. You very well can't make the AS 35 million shares. That's such a low number for an AS. I actually can't think of any with one that low. Can you? Did it have to be as high as 250 Million? I'd say no. Will it provided liquidity should some major acquisition come along? Id say yes. Being that high, may give them the opportunity advance the business forward if they are used correctly and are ACTUALLY being held in reserve. I am out now. I sold and took my tax write off, but I am still watch to see what happens. I was down 63% and decided that was far enough. Many posting here are completely correct in what happens during a stock split. The value drops huge before and usually after the split. I like the product and what the company COULD become, but I'd rather wait to see what happens
