Fizzman. You have to read the filings and understand what happens with an RS. A normal RS would have changed the AS from 3.5 billion shares to 35,000,000 (35 million)shares at the 100 to one ratio. 3.5Billion shares presently
Instead, we get a 250,000,000 share result for that 100 to one split, which means it is the same thing as getting a 100 to one RS on HOW MANY? Right, 25,000,000,000 (25 Billion shares) I don't think I can make that any clearer, but I'll try again if you need a different example.
